At Ornaments 4 Orphans, we want you to be delighted with your fair trade treasures. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Ornaments
Carefully wrap the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as many of our handcrafted pieces are delicate.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
